Abdul Jabar is a citizen of Afghanistan who was held in detention in the American Bagram Collection Point in 2002.[1] Jabar was a taxi driver who was held in a cell near fellow taxi driver Dilawar, who was detained by American forces following a rocket attack on Firebase Salerno. Jabar reported hearing Dilawar’s cries and experiencing similar abuse.
