What is your review on Upwork?

I applied for a job posted on UpWork and the client wanted a perfect old domain. I offered him one of my prestigious old domains and we made a deal on UpWork. All communication & transaction was kept on the UpWork Platform. Job was done & payment was made.

After 2 days, my account got suspended and I received an email asking for explanation. I sent all scree shots and relative information. The UpWork support thanked me and told me they are now waiting for the response from the Client side.

They took 7 days and after that replied me that my account has been permanently suspended because the client has a lack of desire in responding. When I asked from the client through UpWork messages, he responded that he had already provided the information twice and he is very unhappy with the support staff.

I contacted UpWork Support staff and received no clarification on this matter after that. I tried contacting them on Twitter, LinkedIn as well but no response. It seems like all of them have vanished somewhere.

I have suspicion that UpWork staff and the client had some communication problem or the staff was rude or the client was rude to them. They have suspended my account as well to cover up something and blocked every mode of communication. From the first day of suspension, I cannot ask question or post a reply on the Community platform.

The communication has been so slow from the support staff that it gets irritating. Matters like these where payments are involved should be handled with priority but instead they are extra slow.

I do send them a reminder and ask them questions everyday but I do not get any response from them. I have asked them numerous time that what was my fault and what is the actual reason behind the suspension of my account but I have not received any reply.
